Keepsake Box in Quarter Sawn White Oak and Figured American Walnut

This box is perfect for storing jewelry, sentimental items, as a gift or perfect to keep as a display piece by itself.

The main body of the box is built from Quarter Sawn White Oak wood, an American hardwood with distinctive “flecking” or rays noticeable within the grain. It is complimented with Paduk wood miter miter splines that give the box strength and contrast. The lid and box bottom are a light tone lightly figured Walnut. The interior sides of the box is lined with figured Curly Maple wood.

The box is finished with a hand rubbed, durable natural oil and wax blend, free of toxins and VOC’s, that leaves a beautiful sheen with a pleasing natural touch to the wood.
